I don't use store-bought rubs because half is salt. Looks like yours is too.
:(    I put the rub on pretty heavy.  Maybe that's why I cut back on the
salt, so I don't get too much.
My most popular rub, for steaks or America's cut pork, is:
1 part cracked peppercorns
1 part hot paprika
1 part garlic salt
