The first time I had *$ I thought it tasted exactly like a Kingsford slurry
and told them so.  It was their pot for "beginners" and was verrrry watered
down.  The next time I had it (many years later), it was made by a *$
devotee and was nice and
strong.  It was an Ethiopian with those same blueberry notes we got in our
homeroast at the time and was quite good.  The burnt taste does tend to
predominate at low dilutions.
Besides, they now serve milkshakes (creme frappuchinos that have no coffee
in them) made with whatever flavored syrups you choose.  You can get a great
mint chocolate chip, but no heath bar...
