I blended some varieties 3 days ago. 3 different coffee's at equal parts
Sulwasse, roasted just into 2nd crack
Ethiopian Harrar to a rolling 2nd crack
Sumatra 30 sec. into 2nd crack
Blended together after roasting, rested for 72 hrs. It turned out great =
rich and syrupitiy, with great chocolate taste when cool. My taste buds =
are happy, but not fully developed to find such individual taste as some =
of the people on the list are able to do. but I really like it.

You know Dan, I do believe that is the final answer, I've had some =
coffee that people just went wild about, and I thought it was sink water =
quality. and I'm sure it goes the other way to. If I roast to please =
others then I need to know what they like, so I can taylor the selection =
and the roast to suit their taste, I realize that just because I think =
its good, doesn't mean that all will share my taste. see y'al

Ron, I took a wine tasting course at the U. a decade ago. We tasted =
4-5 dozen Gold and Silver Medal winners from around the world. The prof =
began the first lecture and ended the last lecture with, "The real =
measure of a good wine is if it tastes good to you." Emphasis on YOU. =
