A few years back something possesed us to buy a case of Instant Cheesecake
mixes. You know, with graham cracker crust mix and cheesecake filling like
instant pudding. (Don't cringe NY'ers! At least I use butter for the
crust...) We we're wondering if they're still any good so I decided to throw
one together. Thought hey, kick it up a knotch while I'm at it!
The mix was just fine. Blended in 16gr Turkish ground 440/460°f melange
Vienna roasted Kona. (The stuff I use for my white chocolate kona mochas,
and great shots.) The mixed then looked similar to having vanilla beans in
it. The taste? WAY YUMMMMMMY! Oh this is good. It'll be great with a little
chocolate sauce driseled over it after it chills...
