Charlie,
Occasionally you become the voice of reason. I would be much in favor of=
 OT
being posted as OT.I'm sitting here feeling guilty for having contributed=
.
I've just roasted some Captain Cook Hawaiian and it smells GREAT!! No id=
ea
about the resting zone, but think that I'll let this sit for 2 days.
You have any new and exciting beans working up there?
John

Thanks John, but I forgot to put the OT in MY response.
Speaking of exiting beans, though-a fellow lister just sent me
as a suprise the following: Pele Plantation's award winning
Kona(!), The last picking of Maui Moka(!) Yauco Selecto and, for
fun, some Australian. The same day a bag arrived that I'd
ordered months ago from a roaster in California with some "super
primisimo" Nicaraguan that this roaster thinks will be the next
hottest superstuff. It's a cross of two varieties that I'm not
fond of:Caturra and Marago so I'm sceptical.Looks awesome,
though. Anyway, I have a lot of exiting roasting and cupping
the next few days. I'm recieving this stuff because I've shared
some of the special Pluma I search out and bring back every year
from little farms in Oaxaca. Amazing what doesn't make it into
the specialty importers/brokers warehouses. Keep on cuppin'!
