I'm very, very moderate in my habits, myself. I've only got about 30#
in 18 varieties, and only 10#, in 9 varieties, on the way. In the
past, I've always tended to roast most of my stock before ordering
more, but now I'm finding that it's "useful" to have more on hand...
Now that SM is so much further away, I think that's an even better
policy than it used to be. I've been homeroasting just a few months
longer than you have, obviously with less enthusiasm, though. Either
that, or I've been drinking more than you have.
If you want to mail me a copy of your paper list with the samples,
I'll be glad to type it in. All those years of computer programming
gave me a little practice at typing... I could even put them into a
spreadsheet or other file that you could load into a database, should
you ever decide to get _that_ organized...

I'm working on an Access database program for green coffee hobbyists with a
greens inventory feature. It's not coming along very quickly; I haven't
worked at it at all for a couple of months, but when I finish I'll be happy
to share it with the list.
As to not wanting to bore the list with your greens list, Mike, go ahead.
It's got to be at least as interesting as some of the quasi-electronic talk
we've had lately. I say "quasi," because I notice the EEs are keeping their
mouths shut and staying out of it. ;-)

Ok, I like this a lot. I placed an order Friday, and I have a 14 lbs of
greens in 10 varieties, most of which I have not tried.
3 mokhas
2 winter auctions (panama and brazil)
the Papua New Guinea I have heard so much about
a couple of Kenyans
I am not sure what to try first. I want to try them all now. sigh.
Going for a Mokha .....
