I don't blend much, usually straight varietals but gave your blend a go.
Roasted three batches this evening, storing jar vac'd separately for post
roast individual batch blending:
-Costa Rican Tres Rios La Magnolia, BB profile 425f 10:50 total time, 7:05
1st crack development from 350 to finish. Med-brown no oil.
-Sulawesi Torajo Lot 1504, BB profile 445f 11:38 total time, 8:18 1st crack
development from 350 to first touch of 2nd crack and finish. Med-dark brown
no oil.
-Yemen Mohka Sana'ani -Haimi, BB profile 465 13:16 total time, 8:02 1st
crack development from 350 to 445 start of 2nd crack, 1:48 to 465f 2nd
taking off. Med-dark to dark brown, very light oil.
Decided to try it in the morning short 11hr rested with our usual workday
eVac first pot: put 14gr of each, 42gr total in the Maestro hopper waiting
for Debi. (my usual 1.5oz load for 25oz eVac.) 'Bout the only time the eVac
gets used anymore... Rest of the time it's Miss Silvia. But for Debi first
thing work mornings much easier to grind and dump and press the start
button. She gets up for work before me. Weekends I usually get up first.
Look forward to trying it!

3 days in (vacuum stored) and the flavor is still blooming. I didn't
try it until day 2 after the roast so I'd be interested to know your
impressions tomorrow, and then over the next several days.

The morning eVac, about 12hr rest sitting in Maestro hopper, was a lousy
test. I got up a bit latter than normal so it'd been sitting in the thermal
(glass internals) for about a half hour. Not bad though considering. This
evening I made an after work Cafe' Crema Americano, about 23hr rest. Good
cup but a bit on the heavy low end side for my usual taste, right in line
with Debi's preferences though. I tend towards overall brighter cups as a
rule. (Kona, Centrals etc.) Unfortunately Debi had some running around after
work and got home a late, she declined a cup when she got home... tomorrow's
another day and more coffee to be tasted!
