It's all so confusing. Well, I'm willing to concede on the espresso,
especially since I wasn't including it in my sweeping generalization
in the first place. But all the coffee snobs I've known definitely
won't share their work (excluding espresso) with anyone who sugars it.
A little cream is allowed, but definitely not sugar. Maybe I'm
talking about CUSA, though ('U' for Ultra).

These are snobs who happen to use coffee as their excuse to be
snobbish. CSAers have the experiences of doing coffee every which way
and the confidence to do coffee any way they damn well please.
