Gotta have it in COLUMBUS, OHIO where SweetMaria's started!
Sorta like a pilgrimage....
  1) a journey made by a pilgrim , esp. to a shrine or holy place
  2) any long journey, as to a place of historical interest

See, SweetMarias ORIGINAL location qualifies on both definitions.
Tom still has photos of the shrine/historically interesting location on
his web page. (sweetmarias.com/sm.shop.html)
Dave	Westerville, OH
just 25 minutes from the ORIGINAL location of SweetMarias
about 41 hours from the new location of SweetMarias

I've got news for you pal. Sweet Maria's started in the San Francisco bay
area, then moved to Columbus.
So.....all those reason you had why it should be in Columbus are the proof
that it should be in the Bay Area. :-)

Did it? Or did the famous Tom & Maria start there and then move to Ohio
where Tom started Sweet Maria's?? Carolyn and I started (became a team)
in Vallejo, then San Francisco, then Daly City, then Bellevue Washington,
then Santa Clara, then Carmel Indiana, then Cincinnati, Virginia Beach,
Greensboro North Carolina, Hickory North Carolina, Birmingham Alabama,
Huntsville Alabama, Cincinnati, Colfax Indiana, Lafayette Indiana and
now Mission Texas. Can you image the problem we have trying to decide
where our family reunion will be?? :O))

According to their website, they moved to Ohio 6 years ago so Maria could
take a job as Curator at the University, and Sweet Maria's was started in
1997. Since 1997 still isn't 6 years ago I conclude Tom & Maria may have
'started out' in San Francisco but Sweet Maria's the Great Greens Business
was first opened in Ohio.
Not that it really matters!:-)
