Topic: list subjects (3 msgs / 71 lines)
1) From: John
Since Tom & Maria sell all the materials to make froth, espresso, French
Press, vacuum brewers, and demitasse and saucers, I would find ALL these
subjects as acceptable.
The recent discussions on espresso are because there have been several
new machines enter the group. And its coffee and we help each other.
When one looks at the wide variety of coffee discussions I believe that
we remain more faithful to the topic than nay other coffee group (except
Hottop users which is strictly the roaster under discussion and limited
to HT owners).
I didn't drink a lot of espresso for a long time because I couldn't make
a decent shot with any consistency. But now with the SM5K I've overcome
most of that problem - still need to understand the grind and all that
goes with it. But I drink A LOT MORE espresso now than ever in my life.
I will ask again - - anyone have any history on CR Diamonte?

I agree, John. Personally, I don't object to any coffee-related topic being discussed on this list. I sometimes skip over topics that don't interest me (e.g., tweak or repair equipment I have no experience with). I suggest people be more aware of the Subject heading, and change it as necessary, so those who don't have time or interest can easily find posts that pertain to their needs, and don't go to "Roasting Nova Scotia Blue Palouse Decaf" only to learn how to recalibrate the auxilliary dingblat on a Supermaxinova.
