This evening roasting menu featured:
Mexican Oaxaca Prima Lavada Pluma Hidalgo 02? (CH!)
Sulawesi Toraja lot 1504 (SM)
Costa Rican La Minita Tarrazu 02 (SM)
Panama Boquete Finca Maunier 02 (SM)
All snuggled up in their vacuum sealed jars with Fresh Paks to rest.
Lest you suggest my Kona I neglect, never fear! Day before yesterday's menu
included Wood's Captain Cook Estate 02 & Greenwell Private Reserve 02 (DK -
direct from Kona) all rested for tomorrow's cupping pleasures.
Tomorrow's roasting menu will feature a showdown roast between Jamaica Blue
Mountain Mavis Bank 02 (SM) & Moy Hall 02 (SM) for a Sunday grudge match.
With an assorted supporting cast of beans.
(That's the abbreviated current menu offering if you happen to stop by :-)

Sounds like a great menu. Sounds like some pretty exotic beans too. I
am more in a common bean mode - roasted up some of my Panama and
Guatemalan and one load of ISH for Sunday family gathering. Now that my
boiler is clean and coffee tastes great again - this stuff won't last
long :O)
John - saying our good-byes to Isidore and now watching Lili coming up
the same path.
