UPS just showed up and I couldn't think of what was coming. Largish box.
From Sweet Maria's. Hmmm. That's right, suddenly remembered. After people
talking about their visits to the new Coffee Greens Mecca and mentioning
some of what they saw I contacted Tom & Maria. A JBM Mavis Banks barrel be
in that thar box! Was in...was out in seconds. (Thanks again Terry for
mentioning seeing it...:-) Don't know where I'm going to put it but I've
always wanted one. Way cool!
(I may be gloating a bit but can't help it;-)

We don't like you any more Mike! You can win back my friendship by
sending the barrel down here.

Exactly how big is that barrel? 55 gal size?

Mike,
Congrats, that is one way cool barrel that I know you will enjoy. I don't
know just what you might place on that barrel, but it will probably need to
be coffee related and JBM expensive. Just post the link to the pic when you
find it a home. :-)

Nah, it's a cute little guy. 'Bout 18" tall and 15" at it's widest wooden
barrel. Held 34.5kg if I'm reading the markings correctly. (came with the
lid, but empty;-) Storing what's left of the 5# I ordered in it may seem a
bit silly! But once I figure out it's home in our home I may put the JBM
greens vac'd bag in it anyway. Don't want it to feel it no longer has a
purpose you know;-)

Neat, I want to see the picture Terry asked for.

How about your own coffee tree. That will be a unique potted plant.

I was thinking too short to put a grinder like, say a not yet in the
household Mazzer Mini on ;-) But then, maybe some kind of wrought-iron stand
for the barrel with the Mini on top... Fits the bill of coffee related and
JBM expensive that's for sure! Hmm, Ben's idea of planting a coffee tree
might be more realistic. Just have to get some JBM parchment to try and
germinate...maybe not realistic! Could settle for a Kona plant;-)
