I recently combined Sulawesi, Kenya Karani and Columbian
PeaBerry - about 1/3 each. Each was roasted a little bit
into 2nd crack - the Karani may have had some oil spots.
Wow!! It had body, taste, and was rich, nutty and
non-bitter. All in all well-bred and classy. Of course,
everyone has wildly different tastes but this was too
good not to share.

Thanks for the tip. I've been thinking about using some of this year's stellar Kenyas
in an espresso blend; but I've usually been disappointed with the taste of Kenya in
espresso. This'll get me started.
