Question, Mike: Given John's bashing of the non-vacuum-packed sample,
are you and Les still holding out for the 20th and 22nd? Just
curious...

Yes, though not because it'll be 5 weeks. The 'taste' of the zip-lock was as
expected, commonly found in bins of 'fresh roast' sold everywhere! I decided
on the 20th simply because Les will be traveling through Vancouver the
Sunday and we'd planned to meet off-line finally. Included him in the
testing just made sense to me. My original question and hence the test was
to find out if the Fresh Pak made a difference. Adding a roast batch a
couple days before brings in the added dimension of vac pak storing in
general. I don't long term vac store roasted coffee as a rule, but it'd be
nice to know which was better for vacation trip storage vac storage etc.,
with or without the Fresh Pak.
Gotta run so have a great weekend y'all!

Mike, you didn't mention it, but wanted to encourage you to do blind tests
if you haven't planned to already. Without them, you test will have
diminished value. Looking forward to the results, Dan
