The Rocky arrived last week right before a business trip. You're right --
it WILL be mentioned on the website. Drinking espresso has been the
priority, and writing about it hadn't come to mind yet.

My Maestro still sees daily morning use for the Krups Pro-Aroma drip
pot. The Rocky is dedicated to espresso and espresso-based drinks. I'll
probably use the Maestro for Cafe Crema, too. One day I'll get creative
and crank the Rocky around to the coarse end of the spectrum to see what
happens. Right now, I'm really enjoying the taste/feel of esprssso from
the new setup. The flavor seems more intense than t got with the Maestro.
On the SIlvia, I changed from a La Marzocca double basket to thei La
Marzocca "ridgeless" basket when I got my Rocky. That may also have
something to do with the taste. My 58mm Ergo Tamper fits much better now.
My favorite coffees of the moment are: Monkey Blend at a vienna roast for
espresso, Donkey Blend at the same, and Brazil Cooxupe Prima Qualita at a
light city roast -- for drip -- wonderful flavor with a strong hint of milk
chocolate. Of course, all are from Sweet Maria's.
