Topic: 2 Hand grinder questions (2 msgs / 24 lines)

Hi, all. I've got two Zassenhaus hand grinders, one regular box mill and the brass Turkish mill. I've got a question about each, if I may.
The brass Zass definitely imparts a metallic taste to coffee, is there something to coat the insides with to avoid this? It's fanatically clean and still has this problem.
As for the box mill, I let someone borrow it without supervision. Well, the adjuster somehow got wound up tightly against the top, but the coffee got ground anyway. Now the burrs are nice and flat, and so is the coffee it grinds. Is there a way to replace at least the moveable burr with a new, sharp one?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe grinding some overroasted, oily beans? You could buy 1/4 pound at
Peets or *$.
