Gee Les, going over to the "dark side" of the CSA and admitting to
decaf?? Try some of Tom's Sulwazi decaf its very good! Another favorite
of mine is the Kenya MC Decaf.  You ought to try a couple of the
different decaf methods if the "chemical process" doesn't scare you.
For a good decaf espresso shot, the Donkey Blend is pretty good. Most of
the decaf's Tom carries store well, but I try not to keep them for more
than 6 months in muslin bags; maybe vac'd they would keep much longer.
Roasting for me in the WBI is about 7-8 minutes. Not much of a first
crack and the second crack sneaks up on you. I watch for the divots to
fly, then stop the roast.

Thanks for the tips Bob!  I ordered 2lbs of each of the Sweet Maria Decafs.
It is unexplored territory for me!  The new African blend is very good.  It
seems to be just as complex as regular coffee!
