This is a multi-part message in MIME format. I've been roasting for six months using the HWG and have found that sometime after the first crack and full city light (425) I receive a burst of coffee smell. Can this smell burst be related to the second crack in anyway?
The first person to say endothermic or exothermic will be dealt with!! :O) It's probably the point at which the greatest amount of smoke is generated and it carries the smell up and out with it. That may or may not be the point of second crack but probably.
