Topic: Awesome CR Customer Service! (25 lines)

	Just wanted to pass on a simply awesome customer service experience I 
just had with Brightway Industries (makers of the Caffe Rosto). I 
recently bought a used CR from a list member, and when it arrived, UPS 
had worked their usual magic and the glass lid was smashed ( I have no 
idea how they did it - the roaster was really well packed, and there 
were no obvious signs of damage on the outside of the box - they are 
truly masters of destruction). I contacted Maria about the availability 
of spare lids, and she pointed me to Steve Glovin at Brightway. I 
emailed Steve, explaining what had happened, and asking if I could buy 
just a lid. He responded within a few hours, asking where I wanted the 
lid shipped. He didn't mention price, so I just assumed an invoice 
would be included with the lid when it arrived. Nope. Lid arrived all 
by itself, so I emailed Steve again about payment. His response was 
"Enjoy your roaster". You just can't beat that!
