Topic: Sumatra Counterpoint? (17 lines)
1) From: Daniel Rock
I finally feel good about home roasting, not that I didn't before, it's
just that now I feel like I can do it consistently with good results. I
started with a rather forgiving bean (Sumatra Mandhelling) and I really
like it a lot but I feel it's a bit heavy and too much of one thing. If
you folks were going to blend the Sumatra with another bean to provide a
counter point what would that be? I'd like to try it. I buy in Canada
because shipping out of the States into Canada is a major pain, so any
suggestion from a Canadian shipper would be a plus, but please don't
limit yourselves. Looking for some Guru-ing
