I could not help but notice the following:
"...There are 20 lbs of beans in a case and enough to make 1400
beverages.  This will generate $3500.00 of pure revenue if you sell
your drinks at an average price of $2.50."
At these prices it would cost me about $21,000 a year to buy the amount =
of coffee I make. And I'll bet mine is better. I don't feel bad at
all spending $800 or so a year on equipment and coffee.

I could not help but notice the following:
"It comes with two 32-oz extra large stainless steam pitchers.
Two 5-oz extra large stainless bell pitchers. "
I wonder what the difference is between an extra-large 32-oz pitcher and a
small 32-oz pitcher?
And about the grinder:
Marcuzzi Haus Commercial Grinders Technical Features
    Engine Power: 100 Watt
    Special Steel Grinders: 50mm
    Revs / Minutes: 1300
    Horsepower: 1/3
    Extra Large Hopper Capacity: 1000g
    Weight 15 Lbs
    Height 380mm
First, the last time I divided 100 by 800 (I know, 780, or something like
that. I'm rounding off here, ok?), I got 1/8, not 1/3.
Secondly, 380mm, by my calculations, is a little under 15". That would be
one of the smallest commercial grinders I've ever seen. And that's with the
"Extra Large Hopper Capacity: 1000g" installed!

That really does help put the cost of a Rocky or even Mazzer Mini in perspective!
MM;-)
Sipping an after dinner cup of ISH after a hard day visiting coffee farms in Kona!
BTW, no luck involved. First we got a Visa with frequent flyer miles attached. We run everything, I
mean everything including our daily newspaper bill, through it so airfare again this year is free.
The rest is just planning and saving for it. And it's worth it to us. We love it over here. Dreams
of leasing 4 or 5 acres in Kona to retire on aren't that far fetched. As long as it's in
agricultural production it's relatively affordable to do...
