I missed the virus because I just got my old user name activated and this
was the first in.

Not yet. So far Yahoo has been dumping those in my "bulk mail"
acct which I usually clear without checking, but the last couple
of times I looked, virus contaminated posts to the Homeroast
list where what were in there. 64k attatchments to the list
would be pretty suspect even without Norton (I use McAfee)
pointing it out.

I'm running Norton and Mozilla mail client and it has no complaints
about that - from looking at the message I think it's highly unlikely
there's a virus there. Of course, with Outlook I guess anything can be
a virus :)

Isn't it the same virus mentioned in the "+URGENT - virus warning" thread
yesterday, this Monday Nov 4 17:25:02 2002 and little later, on this list?

This virus has been kicking around for a LONG time on this list. Remember
about a month ago it generated a DanBolinger copy and nailed a bunch
of folks. It has to be sitting on somebody's system that doesn't have a
current virus program. Just another reason I love Linux!
I've got a love affair going with Panama La Berlina roasted just to the
first snap of second crack. After 2 days rest it is filled with chocolate
tones that I've not had in it before this. I set the HotTop to a 6 and then
kicked it out at the first sound of second crack - mmmmmmmmmmm good!

That is very odd, maybe my ISP is doing this without telling me or
Norton is set up wrong. Thanks for the tip and y'all can ignore my
previous message :)

I'm running Outlook (notice how it screwed up and didn't properly indicate
the quoted material? It does that every once in a while). But PC-cillan,
which came free with my 'puter detected it and zapped it before it could do
any harm. It works OK.
