Hmmmm, well I don't think I've tried to grind that much at once and you might have to do it in 2 batches, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to take 5 minutes, cause I can do 15 grams in somewhat less than a minute. It may well depend on which Zass grinder as well as coarseness of grind of course. It takes about 5 minutes to grind 32gr for Press pot with the Zass Turkish mill (32gr being it's approx' max load), which I understand has smaller burrs than the other models so would take longer. Very relaxing way to wait for the water to heat, grinding on the lanai just enjoying the tropical sites;-) MM;-) Missing Miss Silvia but it's an ok trade off!
