Amen to that, and pass the coffee. Very interesting article.  A few 
boo-boos (purists say whole roasted beans lose their peak after a month and 
ground coffee loses its peak of freshness after about 10 days???), but 
there's a lot of interesting history mentioned here.  Voltaire's cup and 
mine must be different sizes -- I don't think I could handle 50 cups a day.
