How dark do you roast the India Peaberry?  I got some of this last week 
from SM, and roasted it fairly light.  Found it rather bitter and sour, not 
much to my taste.  Wondering if a dark roast would vastly improve 
it...  What do you look for, taste-wise, in these beans?

I usually go 15 to 20 sec. into second crack and I make sure I let it rest
48 hours.  It has a flavor to me between the Indonesian coffee and a good
Columbian.
