Topic: Hottop for sale - ebay (2 msgs / 46 lines)
1) From: AlChemist John
I was just scanning e-bay and say the following. No I'm not bidding but I
recall someone here wanted a hottop. It has a $450.00 buy now option.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item23744405I am one of the 27 people that Baratza used for their test group here in
the U.S.,I have splurged and bought a 1 lb San Franciscan roaster so my
Hottop is up for grabs, It roasts 1/2 lb of coffee at a time and it makes
the best tasting coffee out of all the smaller roasters I have used, You
can see pictures and read a detailed review at: http://www.quiknet.com/~frcn/Coffee/BeanRoaster3.htmlPlease feel free to
email me with any Questions...Buyer pays shipping
So, is it someone here selling?

It's gone now. Just when my interest was peaked by the
'buy-now' feature. Maybe sometime in the future the Hottop will
be available in the U.S., but I'm not holding my breath.
I am looking forward to seeing what Hearthware will be
introducing as its new coffee roaster in March 2003.
Cheers,
Matt
