Didn't WB produce a Coffee Roaster at one time?
Does anybody know what they looked like?
A friend of mind said he saw something in the thrift store, like a =
popper, with vents in the side of the chamber, and the outside was a =
straight cylinder. I've never seen a popper that was a straight =
Anybody know what this might be?

Thanks Angelo, I will go to the thrift store on Sat and check it out. =
Poppers do not resell very fast in this neck of the woods.

Correction Ron, that is not my web site, nor are those my roasters.
But I DO have a couple of pumpers, 1 JCP, 1 WB, 2 WBII and a FR. And
probably, still debating, I will like to add the ZnD.
First roast in my WB last night proved to me that its thermostat needed to
be bypassed as the roast stalled.
I tinkered with the 3 dollar JCP model and its cheap guts but this WB IS
built like a tank. Jeez. What a pleasure to work on. I also moved the
fans power over to constant hot.
Second batch did great, the volume capable blows away the FR. Now to figure
out a decent chaff collector when I incorporate a glass globe.

From your description, I would venture to say that what your friend is
describing is one of the Popcorn Pumper models. These are made by many
companies. One of the ones I have which fits that description is made by
Hamilton Beach.
These Pumpers work very well, by the way....

I know a bit about the product. It retailed for about 139$ and was
available between 99 and 2000. It wasn't on shelves at too many
retailers. When the company's parent company was bought, MANY items
qwere removed from the prduct list, the "wb" being one of them.
