Topic: Miss Silvia's make-up brush! (2 msgs / 82 lines)
1) From: Mike McGinness
I was showing Debi how to use Rocky since she'll be making a morning eVac
pot tomorrow. It'll be her first time using Rocky. Threw in a few beans to
show how the doser worked and how to clear the chute. Showed her how I was
using a small screwdriver to clear the grinds from the chute, said I hadn't
picked up a small brush yet. She walked out of the kitchen and returned
maybe 20 seconds later. Handed me a brand new unused 1/4# wide make-up brush
and said will this work? Long white handle like an artists paint brush,
silver tip on the end, silver up by the soft brush (well, stainless steel,
matches great though). Perfect. As in perfect brush to clear the chute and
perfect wife!
Fancy that, a coffee tool from either Meier & Frank or Nordstrom's cosmetic
counter.(she doesn't remember which:-)
Guys, if you think coffee is expensive just go shopping with your wife for
quality make-up, skin care etc. Saturday we were dinking around the Mall.
Debi picked up three skin care items at M&F - $62. Believe me, I don't say a
word, she's more than worth it! And I did find that 3&1/4" tall brushed
stainless steel cannister at Kitchen Kaboodle that day (grinds catcher for
Rocky - $7:-)
Life is good.

When I was in *$ looking for a "grinder brush" the lady there suggested
a make-up brush. Certainly I would use that sooner than a screwdriver
as it's nice and soft.
