It wasn't a couple batches for my Kona Vienna mélange after all. Linday, our
secretary/admin, (who appreciates my coffee) was on vacation Christmas week
and worked home office NY Eve (my planned back up day to bring it to her.) I
confirmed she'll be in the office tomorrow so her roasts came first today,
as is appropriate IMO.
Oh Ben, I can't really call the 4 batches I did for her 'excess inventory'
reduction. I seem to always want to give what I think is really good stuff!
I DID at least roast 3to1 non-Kona:-) Light full city Koa Kona (current
cupping competition winner), full city Sulawesi Toraja (great Indonesian
example), light full city Guatemalan Huehuetenango El Injerto (excellent
change of pace Central) and agressive full city/Vienna Mexican Octovio's
Pluma Prima Lavada (some good stuff from Charlie:-)
May all your roasts find your sweet spots in 2003!
