CSA mentions "coffee" not roasting.  If it were not for the drinking,
then there would be no roasting.  It is the search for the perfect, most
satisfying beverage that unites us. 
An negative message is not appropriate for a snob.  Snobs have a higher
goal in mind than merely avoidance of something evil.  The CSA motto
should tell of the quest for the perfect cup of coffee - the holy grail
of coffee, that we would posses through our scholarship,
experimentation, hard work and snobbery.
