For the espresso lovers I see a picture of a perfect crema covered shot
with the caption "Nothing But Coffee".

I like that. I was really trying to do a take off on the old
Larry Bird - Magic Johnson (or was it Jordan?) "Nothing But Net"
ad campaign, which probably wasn't obvious as a one-liner. So
how about this: "48 hours rest, 20 second pull, nothing but coffee."

"36 hours rest, 25 second pull, nothing but coffee"
How's that for being picky:-) However, you could also say:
"36 hours rest, 25 second pull, nothing but crema!"
We could debate the hours rest and seconds pulled for quite some time...
(I did pick up on your reference, they had some really silly shots for those
commercials, as in hoop shots of course)

As a coffee snob who prefers vac pot to espresso, I like this also.
I think I would leave off the " See what I mean?".

Me too. The attempt to rhyme with "greens" is too far away, and besides,
there is no other rhyming.

Actually I was going for a full-senses thing rather than a rhyme.
Enjoy!
