Yep...another Z&Der. Just cranked it up and it worked real nice for light
Full City Costa Rican. But if I wanted to go for that elusive darker
espresso roast, with the slight oil sheen, what is the method most likely to
lead me there? Less beans in hopper? Unplug the machine at end of time and
then crank it up again? As I bought it to get the slower roast for my drip
methods, I'm content but it would be nice to go deep for espresso as well
and I know that this is a creative group, to say the least.
