It's Q weather any weather! Rain or snow or dark of night the smoke must go
on! Started my pork butts at 1am, 23f. 16.5hrs later and man oh man. Stuff
just melts in your mouth. Served traditionally on cheapo plain white burger
buns with Q sauce of choice and slaw. You might want to check out the
bbqforum and ask questions there.http://thebbqforum.com/And then to top it off had ISH Americanos after pulled pork munch! And then
later while getting ready to watch a movie, pulled a double shot Vienna Kona
roast, mixed with home made chocolate sauce, and poured over crumbled kona
mocha brownies over vanilla bean ice-cream! Sunday was not a low calorie
eveing:)

Mike,
With posts like the one below, the 200 mile drive north is looking very
short!!! I sure am glad Charlie has his Traeger BBQ shack here, or I would
be in trouble!

come from the freezer and I can play:)
Goes for any of you coffee Q'in fiends out there.
