Ben:
Thanks for your initiative on the Rocky purchase.
I have received Fedex confirmation that it will be here on the 31st
and that it will be the SS doserless.
Todd was not sure he would have enough since I was late but I got in.
You don't know how long I have wanted a new grinder; that I wanted it to be
at least the quality where it could be a "last purchase" (I've gone thru two
Solis machines). The Rocky fits this perfectly.
With the dollar falling against the Euro I felt it had to come soon and then
you came along with a group buy! That it was doserless just fit perfectly to
my needs--I held my breath all weekend I was afraid it was too good to be
true--I was afraid Todd would tell me he had depleted his inventory and
offer me a white doser unit--which I would a taken.
Now I can begin designing the East wall of my kitchen--I'll just leave
enough room around my Gaggia Baby to allow me to eventually replace it with
a Wega or Livia. I've been gathering antique glazed cabinet doors and a
little bar sink and some old 1x12 oak shelves etc.
When I set-up to do it I'll turn a tamper while I'm at it.
Again, Thank you

Great, send us a picture of your setup when you are done. I haven't
gotten tracking info on mine yet, but then I got a call that they had
one number off on my card.
If you're going to turn a tamper I have a guy I work with that had a
downed cherry tree. Been down a while, but it seems like there is enough
salvageable wood for tamper turning. I your interested. (That goes for
you also Les)
