Has anyone tried the Sulawesi "Aged Kalossi" Toraja that has just been
posted?

It's very nice. I got a sample last week . . . brought it home, roasted it,
the next morning my wife (who loves aged Indonesians) took one taste and said
"buy some". If you like Indonesians, or if you like aged coffees, you will
like it. It's pretty much as Tom describes it . . . (or maybe better ).
Makes a perfect blend with any of the Yemens . . . (not bad with Sidamo,
either . . .).

Thanks goes out to Ginny for sending me a "sample" of Aged Kalossi last
week. I roasted it to a nice full city roast just at the verge of second.
After a 2 day rest I tried it on Saturday. Excellent coffee! Too bad
Tom is out of it already. Oh well, maybe next time. I have a friend who
drinks store bought coffee loaded with cream and sugar. He was at the
house Saturday morning and actually enjoyed a cup of black coffee. Maybe
another convert.
Don
