Ed, your website is becoming a tremendous resource
I just finished adding a second plug to separate
fan from heater to my FR+ and taking it for a
bunch of test roasts. The operation was a success;
I can now use the variac and TC to roast to any
profile from the original FR's 3 minute curve to a
30 minute dead straight line (how many lightyears
beyond absurdity is that for a 3 ounce roaster?).
Anyways, I can do some text, pics and graphs if
you want. Full HTML pages may take longer, since
I'd have to learn how first.

Ed,
GREAT looking page - perfect size on the pictures! Looks like a great
evening was had by all. Small nit-pick item - would that be Christmas of
2002 since 2003 just started?
John - wondering why I'm up so early

It was Christmas party 2003 in January. Actually it should read
"Post-Christmas Party 2003". I'll have to fix that. Thanks.

That would be great ... please do. Text and simple sketches would be
just fine.
(and if you have any idea how you'd control TWO FRs simultaneously that
might be very interesting to know too ... spent about 3 hours roasting
24oz of beans yesterday).
