Looks like I'm going to try a La Berlina Americano. I was roasting for
city roast in my HIP. I set it on about 6.2, and planned to manually cool
for 10 seconds at 5:20 (which I did) and then manually stop the roast at
7:20. Unfortunately, my wife wanted me to slightly move the new microwave
oven. OOPS. First thought was when the HIP kicked into cooldown -- after
running a full 6.2 setting after the 5:20 roast.
Dark oily beans. Past where I roast my Monkey or Donkey blends or my
experimental homeblend. Well -- that homeblend wasn't bright enough, so it
obviously needs some Panama added to it.
That leaves me another couple ounces with which I can play.

6.5 billion kilograms of coffee are grown each year -- but, I'm picky!
          Monkey + HIP + Rocky + Silvia = Espresso
