Thankfully whatever hit me Thursday was fast fading by Saturday morning and
gone now. Definitely think a of touch of food poisoning from some restaurant
leftovers I ate, hit me shortly after.
Yesterday my stomach woke me up about 4:30am, stomach queasy but not as bad,
decided to go for the planned Q, got up and had the Brisket on at 5am
(brrrr, 22f outside! but the smoke must go on for coffee and Q:) Stomach
said no coffee so went back to bed with my wireless thermometer alarms set
for high & low Q temps on the headboard.
Got back up around 10am, stomach said TURN ON MISS SILVIA! Yeah!!! Only had
one get going double shot Americano Wood's Kona and stomach said no more for
a while. Ended the day with 3 doubles!!!
Today totally back. Started with a Kona Mountain, then an Australian
Skybury, currently drinking Uganda Budadiri. All is well.
Oh, my first Brisket turned out great too. Pic's posting other forum if
interested:)http://biggreenegg.com/wwwboard/messages/64657.shtmlMM;-) aka Kona Konnaisseur miKe mcKoffee

How come you're posting Traeger output to a Big Green Egg forum? Trying to
make them really confused? "How come my Q doesn't come out like that?"

That's really weird. I'm not drinking Budadiri today, but both Rockin' John
and I roasted it. First time I've roasted any in several months...
