Topic: solution to the hollow shaft on BBQ roaster. (2 msgs / 40 lines)

To have a temperature probe, you only need a hollow shaft on one end of
the roaster.  If you welded the end of the shaft to the inside of the
end of the roaster, then welded a pipe to the outside (to act as the
other end of the shaft, and perforated the end of the roaster inside the
pipe, using a circular bearing to permit the temperature probe to remain
