Cheez-yuse guys have soo many toys to play with-variacs, fans, dual whatsits
and so forth-what is a poor gas drum roaster to do-only have 3 gas knobs and
a on/off switch. hmmm looks like at a minimum a TC is called for-maybe get
recording SW and hook it up to a kicky laptop and publish really cool graphs
showing how to make volumes of smoke. Will get my revenge on u knob
twisters.

We're just catching up; you've got three knobs,
and I've only got two.
BTW, Afaik, the TCs on Intelligentsia's roasters
are installed through the tryer tubes, with the
read out unit mounted on the outside of the tube
itself.

But some of us made do with a couple of over the fire popcorn poppers
and a wood fire supplemented with a wok on the kitchen range when it is
raining. Although I do have a BBQ drum roaster I use it over the wood
fire too.
