Hi John, I guess I'll top post caving in to the
pressu=re of)
That done, on to coffee question: I would like some input on what is
considered a good bean mix for Espresso. I tend to roast a bit dark. ( I
like it that way) I use a coffee Rosta, and a couple 1500W air poppers.
Comment: I have plumbed in an older Renka Single and using a Rossi grinder
and the Renka have been getting some consistent cups. After years of pulling
the handle on a La Pavoni and going to the Auto Renka It is like dying and
going to heaven. It was a bit of a hassle to pull in a dedicated 20amp
service and plumb in the water and drain but now that it is done I would not
go back. Food for thought is that these old Renka machines are really
straight forward, parts are cheap, and they are built like tanks. (extra
bonus is having instant hot water in the kitchen) I got mine for $500
including the pro Rossi and am really happy. Except that now that it takes
about a 10th of the time to make a latte I have doubled my daily
consumption.
Sorry for the Wob
Thanx
rayk

dear one:
top post is when you respond to whatever first before the post you are
responding to.

What you're seeing is header information and HTML code. Probably can be
fixed by a configuration parameter in your mail program, but don't ask
me what, I don't know.
