Colombian Popayan Excelso - great job Tom!  I took this bean just into 2nd
crack, 7:10 using the HWP.  Dark/Full City - 18% mass reduction.
Berry/fruity and winy, with hints of chocolate in the finish.  Not as full
bodied, but reminds me a lot of Kenyans from 1993/1994.

Have you tried it as espresso?
Also, what does '18% mass reduction' mean?
Is that another way of measuring the roast
degree?
