I do much the same. Begin airflow reduction approaching 350 and continuing
airflow reduction as beans continue to lighten. Seems almost zero heater
increase needed 'till about 400, then a bit of heater juice to keep it
going... Of course, the modified HT profile 30 per min. from 350 to 410
changed that - also took heater increase - then backed off the heat
approaching 410. Definitely infinite possibilities and finite time!
