Well, I rightly don't know and haven't *thoroughly* explored this aspect of
fluid bed roasting. However, your thinking makes sense since a *light dark*
Full City roast will have a few specks of oil when just roasted but they
quickly are absorbed back into the bean. Too fast air flow *may* tend remove
it and flavor. Heck, like I said, I don't know and just am going by what
I've read. As usual, the more I know the more I know I don't know!
