Also on the health topic:
I am not sure how many of you have seen the little article I wrote about
Methelene Chloride Decaf in the newsletter... for those of you that have
seen it, any thoughts?
As it happens, this "trial" bag of Ethiopian MC Decaf was lost in the
water-damage. We have a replacement bag from the same lot coming soon. It
is an incredible cup of decaf, but I am not arguing that MC decafs are
better on th whole. Its just that some can cup quite well, like this one...
I have received some fairly persuasive arguments FOR carrying it (based on
cup quality), one from a chemist.

Tom, I'll go for it for my wife (I don't drink decaf). There is a definite
difference. Mike

Hi Tom,
I read it and I'm looking forward to trying some of the Ethiopian MC
Decaf when it arrives. My mother won't drink caffienated caffee after
around noon time and I'd love to have some good fresh roast to fix for
her. Your reasoning about the MC levels made sense to me and I
appreciate your caution. Please let us know when the replacement batch
arrives.
Thanks,
Ralph Cohen
