Well gang here are today's time and temps
Cool Roaster Alpenrost Voltage regulated 120 volts
Guatemalan Decaf  228 grams
3 min mark 190 degrees
6 min mark 280 degrees
9 min mark 350 degrees
12 min mark 390 degrees
15 min mark 430 degrees
18 min mark 460 degrees
21 min mark bean temp 110 degrees
1st crack 13 min at 405 degrees
2nd crack 16:30 at 450 degrees
Hit cool button at 17:45 460 degrees
2nd crack slowed and coasted to 18:30 drum temps dropped to 300
added an external fan blowing on drum at 18:15
Beans dumped at 21:45 bean temp 110 degrees
Roasted to a rolling 2nd crack Deep Mahogany Brown
Bean surface was dry. Rested in stainless bowl for 1 hr. and then Vac sealed
in Food saver bag for a 72 hrs rest.

Yes Mike it will be for espresso, I have also used it in a pour through
Melita pot, and found it to be OK but not a good drip roast. I wasn't
particularly pleased with the astringent after taste. I believe it would be
better at a city or just to fullcity for drip. I also roasted some to
fullcity and will try it as a drip *pour through*.
