I should ask him about this -if he will re-write the book and go 
further for the serious home roaster/small shop. I saw him yesterday, 
but didn't think to ask. It is MUCH needed...
Actually, I would really like to see a book like this from Europe 
(Italy, Germany) - a new perspective might push us all forward a bit 
more than the same west coast knowledge.
