I want thank all of you for the notes on greens and roasting you provide. My
stash is adding up at a faster rate than I am able to roast.
My AE card has continual charges to Sweet Maria's and I am now buying Zass
grinders and other stuff for family and friends...
what is happening to me.

The 13 min drum roast turned out great, very even and a great aroma. I'd say
it was a nice City roast. a Cinnamon brown color.
For my personal taste I prefer it Full city + just about 20 sec into 2nd
crack on the drum roaster.
The Lite roast was very floral, and really fruity in taste.
I like it better with a less fruity taste and a touch more roast flavor. BTW
it was a pour thru melita cone brew. This is my usual method of brewing. I
would think it the fruity flavor would be even more pronounced thru and
espresso machine.
It is a nice Kona and the prep was superb
