Hi my friend and Sweetmaria's,
I have now been roasting for a little over a year and a half and ordering my beans from you for that time as well.  My first maching from Hearthware if just great.  But in an effort to produce a greater number of roasted beans my husband bought me the Rosto for Christmas.  Well I have had nothing but problems with my machine and the person I deal with Steve has not been very helpful.  The machine has been sent back two times leaving it totally out of operation for at least ten weeks.  I just got it back again and after just a few uses the timer got stuck, never moved and the beans burnt up.  I hesitate to go through the long and expensive process once more with Steve.  Do you have any suggestions.  I read yesterday that Heartherware is coming out with a new roaster soon and I am very interested in that.  Please help!!!!  I feel like the machine I got is a lemon, but I am a coffee lover.

I sure am glad that I have a Poppery!  Let me restate, I have 2 Popperies
and 2 Wearever Poppers.  All four of them produce great coffee, and I have
not had a failure yet!  One of my poppers has been in use for 18 years
making great coffee!
