Just when you think you've heard about virtually every type of coffee, Debi
stumbled on this. Soy *coffee*. Ok, yes soy is good for you, but roasted as
coffee? I think not!http://www.revivalsoy.com/products/coffee/index.lasso?-session=revivalsoy:C50A6A2B02D62505BC4CD245D1DA095Dhttp://makeshorter.com/?84T54x75O
Since this in no way can be considered *competition* with Sweet Maria's (at
least, not by me:) I included the URL.

Well, I know some Southerners who believe that coffee is undrinkable
without some roasted chickory in it. I imagine some might think this of
soy. Not me!
Interestingly, there is a lot of debate on whether or not soy is even a fit
food for humans and cattle, no good evidence and lots of opinion.

I know one southerner who drinks coffee with chicory in it only once or
twice a year, because that's how they serve it at cafe du monde when I go
there to get a beignet fix...
Life is too short to actually make coffee with chicory in it, but I'll drink
it if I'm at the right latitude with the right attitude..

Oh come on! Thats just plain wrong!
I just don't understand these "soy" people who try to replace everything
with soy products. Soy has its place, but that place does not include being
a substitute for every one of the four food groups.
Thats just wierd.
Drinkin' an nice Yemen with real freakin' cream dammit!

Whatever Mom serves you as a kid, becomes comfort food for you as an adult.
Life is funny that way.

Chuck, can you ennumerate the four food groups? Never mind, I'll
try. Let's see, there is coffee, pizza, beer and Krispy
Kremes. (Actually, I've never had one of the fancy doughnuts, but it
sounded good.)
